I’m Luis A. Chavarri, founder of LC Photo DMV. I combine architectural training, visual composition and responsive service to help agents present every property with clarity and confidence.
MY STORY
I don’t just photograph rooms.
I read how they work.
My background in architecture shapes every frame.
I studied Architecture at the University of Lima in Peru, where I learned to look beyond surfaces—to understand form, flow, scale, material and the way light changes a space.
That same way of seeing now guides my real estate photography. My interest in history, art and historic styles adds another layer: I pay attention to the choices that give each property its identity, then create media that communicates them clearly.
LC Photo DMV was built around a simple idea: excellent visuals should come with reliable communication, thoughtful service and a process agents can trust.
