Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 1 hour’s notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day no-shows may also be charged accordingly.
Rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen property conditions will be accommodated when possible.
